All products are produced according to the following standards and regulations:

Workplaces are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Kitchen utensils used for food preparation (including, but not limited to, bowls, spoons, spatulas, thermometers, jars, containers, bottles, etc.) are never used for food preparation and are kept separate from kitchen utensils at all times .

Kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before and after each use.

Smoking, eating and drinking is strictly prohibited in areas where our balm is prepared.

Product containers are thoroughly sterilized and air dried before use.

Equipment is checked for defects before each use.

Personal hygiene, especially hand washing, must be maintained at all times. Hair should be tied back and a face mask worn at all times during preparation.

All ingredients must be accurately measured and weighed using approved measuring equipment.

All ingredients and products should be stored according to their needs.

All containers are accurately labeled.

All waste is promptly properly removed from the work area and allocated to the appropriate recycling area ready for collection.
