Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The costs for returning are at your own expense.
To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
- The goods are in the original packaging
- The packaging is unopened
- The original invoice is included with the shipment

You can only cancel an order as long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Once the order has been shipped and you want to return it, you will have to wait until you have received the order, after which you can return the order according to the above conditions.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as you used for the order and you will not incur any costs for such a refund.

Returning goods After registering the return, you will receive an email from us with further instructions. We cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. That is why we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return receipt.
